“ We've been there on previous trips to Cowra and weren't disappointed this time either. The menu has been refreshed and service remains excellent. We chose to sit outside under a shaded vine on a muggy 28º day, comfortable. Service was fast and food was delicious. one had a pumpkin & feta tart with a mixed green salad (quiche if feeling fancy), another a sweet potato and lentil salad and I had a club sandwich (chicken, bacon, avocado, onion on a large turkish roll) with the mixed green salad. All were large servings and great presentation and taste. i had an iced decaf coffee which was superb on the warmish day. Others said their coffee was good too. Water provided too. This is a standout in Cowra we’ll go back to. ”

“ This cafe is a constant five-star delight. With each visit, it delivers exceptional coffee, delectable pastries, and a warm, inviting atmosphere. The staff is consistently friendly and attentive. Their menu offers a delightful range of options, and everything is consistently top-notch. Prices are reasonable, and the experience is always a treat. It's my go-to place for a perfect coffee and a relaxing time. Don't miss this cafe for a consistent and delightful experience! ”

“ This place is so good our family group ate here 4 times over the few days we stayed in Cowra: 2 early morning coffee runs and 2 breakfasts! Great spot with plenty of street parking. The last breakfast was arranged seamlessly for our large group with little notice. Fantastic staff were really helpful and very friendly. The menu satisfied even the picky youngsters in the group! Great coffee! I had the granola with fruit the first day then the egg & bacon roll with hollandaise the second day. Both were delish! An older member of the party wanted simple poached eggs and white toast which was no problem either. All enjoyed the food and good range of drinks. Recommend! ”

“ Dropped on here for a coffee and breakfast. The coffee was excellent and the breakie was perfect. Best of all though was the wonderful staff, the young ladies were all just so happy and really could not be more accommodating. They checked on us a number of times and were very cheerful and attentive. It was a wonderful experience. Thank you and well done to the owners and managers for putting together a great team. ”

“ Had lunch today at Breakout Brasserie Café in Cowra and honestly — outstanding. I ordered the Scotch Fillet Burger, the only burger on the menu, and when I saw the price ($27.90) I had a brief “holy cow” moment. But one bite in and I knew… worth every cent. This is no thin minute steak pretending to be a burger. This was a proper, thick Scotch fillet, cooked perfectly, juicy and full of flavour, served on a Turkish roll with fried egg, bacon, tasty cheese, beetroot, tomato, cucumber, caramelised onion, lettuce, whipped feta and their Grandma’s tomato relish. Absolute flavour bomb. Easily right up there with the best burgers I’ve had in Cowra. The café itself is beautiful — warm, welcoming, with a lovely little courtyard if you want to sit outside. I sat inside and loved the atmosphere. What really stood out though was the service. I asked to buy a bottle of water and the lady said, “Are you dining in? We’ve got free table water.” That kind of honesty and care says a lot. Hospitality was next level — friendly, genuine, and thoughtful. Great food, excellent service, and a place that clearly cares about its customers. I’ll absolutely be back and would highly recommend it. ”

“ My first visit to the cafe in few years but still impressed with the coffee and food. We arrived in two RVs which we were able to park close by and we opted for a variety of coffees plus jam & cream scones. My flat white was excellent and all our scones went down a treat - freshly made and still warm. Delicious! Excellent toilet facilities were a bonus. ”

“ What a gem for the town, we were travelling through and come across this place by chance - great menu, beautiful food - service was exceptional and this place was so nicely laid out with inside and outside equally appealing. It was very popular with locals which is always a good sign and set amongst some boutique shops under a canopy of a beautiful grape vine canopy. ”

“ I specifically pick the breakout for coffee with friends because I want to sit outside under the beautiful vines located at the cafe! The coffee is delicious and they have yummy treats to pick from. ”
